Use this page to permanently delete your My Skill account and related personal data we store.
Option A — In the app
- Open My Skill and sign in
- Go to Profile
- Tap Delete Account and confirm
Option B — Email
- Email my.skillapps@gmail.com
- Subject: Data Deletion Request
- Include your registered account email
- We complete deletion within 7 business days
What is deleted
- Firebase Auth user, profile, subscription status, synced progress
What may remain
- Payment/invoice records kept by Razorpay or required by Indian tax/fraud law
